About Jay
I was born and raised in Argyle, MN, and chose to stay here because it’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family. My wife, Janelle, and I have five children: Samantha (married to Drew Olafson), Kelsi (married to Daniel Douglas), Taylor (married to Ali Archibald), Brady (married to Brittany Georgeson and works at the agency), and our youngest, Regan, who attends Stephen-Argyle Central. We are also blessed with twelve grandchildren: Lillian, Clara, Hazel, Halle, Olive, Gus, and Emeline.
In addition to being an insurance agent, I am also a farmer in the Argyle area. Being an active farmer helps me stay in touch with the farming industry, allowing me to understand the critical coverages farmers need and to serve them better. I am actively involved in the Argyle Lions Club and am a retired Argyle Volunteer Fireman.
I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, following local sports activities, and working in my shop whenever I have the chance.
